Sound familiar?

You were GOOD all day. Breakfast was fine. Lunch was fine. You were doing great.

And then it fell apart. You ended up face first in the pantry, or on the couch with Netflix and a whole pint of Ben and Jerry's.

And you went to bed wondering what on earth is wrong with you.

You already know this is your problem.

You could have told me yourself that 4 to 8 is where it goes sideways. You've known that for years.

Knowing hasn't fixed it.

Because knowing WHAT happens and knowing what to do about it in your own kitchen, on a Tuesday, when you're wiped out and everybody needs something from you, are two completely different things.

Maybe right now...

You walk in the door and go straight at it.

Not because you have no self control. Because you didn't eat enough before 3 o'clock and your body is running on fumes.

You hold on all the way through dinner and then lose it on the couch.

Not because you gave up. Because 8pm is the first minute all day that's just for YOU, and you deserve something good.

You eat when you're not even hungry.

Because nobody ever helped you figure out what you actually need in those moments.

You're picking while you cook and finishing what's left in the pan.

Because you don't even NOTICE you're doing it.

You've tried to just hold it together from 4 o'clock until bedtime.

And it works for a night, or three nights, and then it doesn't. Not because you didn't try hard enough. Because 4 o'clock isn't where the problem starts.

Here's the part nobody tells you.

Your 4 to 8 starts when you wake up.

By the time you walk in that door, most of your night has already been decided. Which means fixing it AT 4 o'clock was never going to work, no matter how badly you wanted it to.

That's what The 4 to 8 is actually going to help you with.

And listen, I just turned 48. It's $48. And it's about the hours between 4 and 8. I could not have planned that better if I tried.

Stacy Smith

Hi! I'm Stacy

I'm a weight loss coach who really, truly gets it.

I have been overweight my entire life. After DECADES of failed diets, I lost 50 pounds and I've kept it off for six years.

And I still eat Doritos. I still have chocolate after dinner. I had a Dove bar the other night after I took my dog for a hike, and I ate mashed potatoes out of the pot while I cleaned up the kitchen, and I'm not going to pretend I didn't.

My 4 to 8 used to be a real struggle. I was always overeating, always tapped out after a long day, and I found myself diving face first into the pantry over and over and over again. Not because I got stricter. Because I figured out what was actually happening in those hours, and then I built something I could live with.

I'm not coaching from a textbook, my friend. I'm coaching from my own kitchen at 4:15.

What you get

Lifestyle coaching moment

Five short videos

Five short videos, one a day. Five to eight minutes each, Monday September 28th through Friday October 2nd.

They come to your inbox and they live in your program portal, so you can go back to them whenever you want. Not forty minutes all at once, because you are BUSY and nobody has time for that.

One page with five questions on it

Each day's video ends with one thing to notice, and you write your answer down. What you actually ate before 3. What your nights actually look like. What you reach for at 8 o'clock. Print it and stick it on the counter, or skip the printing and just text me your answer each day, or take a photo of your page and send me that. However you want to do it, I'm flexible.

By Friday you're not holding a worksheet. You're looking at your own week, in your own handwriting.

A full week of unlimited individual coaching with me

A full week of unlimited individual coaching with me. Monday the 28th through Sunday October 4th.

Text or email or both, whatever works for you. No calls, no Zoom, no appointment times to keep.

And here's what that actually gets you. Once I can see your real week, I'm not handing you five strategies and wishing you luck. I'm telling you which two are going to matter most for YOU and which ones you can forget about for now. That's the difference between reading about this and actually changing it.

The five lessons at a glance

Monday. Why you lose it at 4.

Three things are really going on, and not one of them happens at 4 o'clock.

Tuesday. Eat enough before 4.

The one nobody believes. I eat MORE during the day now than I did when I was dieting.

Wednesday. The first ten minutes when you walk in the door.

You need a break. That need is real. Food is just the fastest one available.

Thursday. Notice what you're eating when you're not hungry.

Both kinds. The feelings kind, and the kind you don't even notice you're doing.

Friday. Know when you're satisfied.

Two questions, asked halfway through dinner. They cost you nothing and they're the most useful thing in here.

Plus your Saturday bonus: AFTER 8

Some nights the 4 to 8 goes fine. Dinner was good, you're not starving, nothing went wrong.

And then everybody's handled and the house finally goes quiet and you sit down, and a few minutes later you're up looking for something.

Maybe it's Netflix and you've eaten while you watch for as long as you can remember. Maybe it's the first moment all day that nobody needs anything from you. Maybe you just want to relax and have something that's YOURS.

After 8 is about that hour. What's really going on in it, what it's doing to your sleep in perimenopause and menopause, and what else could be yours at 8 o'clock besides food.

It lands Saturday October 3rd, when you've actually got time to sit with it.

What if I don't have time next week?

I hear you. Here's the honest answer.

This doesn't add anything to your week.

Pack a snack. Write one line down. Put your fork down halfway through dinner. Not one of those is an extra task. They all happen inside hours you're already living through. The only real time is five to eight minutes of video a day.

Nothing expires and nothing gets missed. The videos are yours to keep, forever. If Tuesday's doesn't get watched until Thursday, that is completely fine, and I'm still right here either way.

And a busy week is the RIGHT week. A calm, wide open week doesn't teach you much, because anybody can have a good night when nothing's going on. It's the week where everything falls apart that shows you what actually works for YOU.

By this time next week

  • You know what's really going on in your 4 to 8, and it isn't what you thought it was.
  • You have two or three things that are YOURS, instead of five things you're supposed to be doing.
  • You've had a night go sideways and it didn't turn into a whole week.
  • And you have my number.
Calm evening lifestyle moment

Real women. Real results.

These women worked with me individually. The week you get here is that same thing, seven days of it.

"Stacy is very helpful and knowledgeable. I have utilized her teachings about food and mindset. I lost 15 lbs and kept it off. There is no guilt, the program is flexible, and it makes sense. I recommend this program to anyone who wants to lose weight in a healthy way."

— Tracy L.

"What really impressed me the most about Stacy's coaching were the shifts in my thinking. I was stuck in a pattern of negativity about myself, especially related to my relationship with my weight. With Stacy's encouragement I became more mindful about why I was eating and less focused on what I was eating. This shift was the key to my own lasting weight loss."

— Lori S.

"My body shape has changed. My clothes are fitting more comfortably, and I'm not squeezing out of them. Emotionally, I have stopped punishing myself and am talking more kindly to myself too. Planning my bike rides have been more manageable as I have realised any ride is a good ride. I am understanding how to find enjoyment in riding and exercise. It's not a punishment. I am fueling a strong body and mind."

— Marina A.
